我國有史以來規模最大的國家型科技計畫--數位典藏與數位學習(TELDAP)，將故宮博物院、中央圖書館等八大機構的珍貴文件與檔案數位化。中興大學校長李德財，也是這個計畫的共同主持人，他分享了計畫十年的成效，以及如何運用數位科技，保存古老典籍、加強數位學習的深度、廣度與速度，並且在全世界學習華文的熱潮中，保有台灣優勢。
