In addition to government appropriations and grants from the Cable Radio & Television Development Fund (around 60%) , PTS relies on fundraising to augment its income (around 40%) . Raised funds include donations (from public and private institutions as well as from group and individual contributions), rentals (from buildings, broadcasting stations, studios and other facilities), product sales (from audiovisual products and program royalties), and other income (bank interest, proceeds from activities, commissioned programming, commercials and miscellaneous income).
