德國漢堡廣電管理單位新媒體局(Institute for New Media)宣布，現階段共有7家業者有意投入DVB-H營運平台。這些業者將著手進行DVB-H商營模式的試播測試。

這些業者包括：E-Plus Mobilfunk、MFD Mobiles Fernsehen Deutschland、NEVA Media、O2 Germany、T-Mobile Deutschland、T-Systems Business Services、Vodafone D2。內容提供方面，則有ZDF、RTL、ProSiebenSat.1、HSE 24、-Mobile Media on Air…等多多家電視業者表示有意參與，試播計畫將在三月於漢堡、柏林及漢諾威進行。
