2004 Taiwan International Children¡¦s TV & Film Festival held close ceremony on Jan.13. There were more than thirty thousand people participating during this five-day event. The Organizer also awarded the Best Dramatic Feature, Animation, Documentary, TV Program, Taiwan Awards, Jury Award and Viewer Choice Award.
